Cheap eats or fine dining?
I go where my people go. Of course Cheap eats! I mean come on, I’m a youth Pastor for goodness sake. (unless of course your asking me if I’m taking my wife out, then I’d defiantly upgrade to Denny’s)

Favorite restaurant?
Does Chick-fil-A count? Cause it seems like a restaurant. If it’s not it should be the way those southern people treat you in there.

What kind of shoes do you wear and why?
Let me tell you, as the youth pastor here at Pathway I buy only the best. Sometimes that means waiting for the top of the line stuff to make its way down to the local Goodwill store. But never the less, I’ve got to stay relevant. I’ve got to keep up with the trends, it’s in my job description. Besides that I have to fit in with the urban, pop, grunge teen culture, it’s just way too cool. That’s why my shoe of choice is the Reebok Pump! All the kids are buying them, well at least the ones who want to stay up on their game, B-Ball game that is!

Do you have an article of clothing you've had since high school? If so, do you still wear it?
I still have this sweet letterman's jacket I got in high school. All the kids in school were getting them, so of course, I had to get one as well. I saved for 2 - 3 months, working extra hours, doing double chores just to get it. Actually, I think my parents chipped in a bit at the end since I was so close to earning enough. Needless to say, I wore that thing every day for a year, even in the heat. Then I graduated and went to college, and the jacket suddenly wasn't so cool anymore. Into the closet it went, and there it sits to this day.

What is your favorite dessert?
My favorite meal is ice cream. What's dessert?

SHORT BIO
Jeremy is from Fremont, CA. He graduated in 1999 from California Baptist University with a bachelors in Business. He also went on to get his Master’s of Business Admin from CBU. In 2005 he completed his Master’s of Arts in Theological Studies at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.
Jeremy and Lisa met at Cal Baptist University, fell in love and got married six years ago. In their own words, "We know that God has called us to minister to young people. The unique aspect of our ministry is that God has called us as to minister as a team to the young people we encounter on a daily basis. "
"We are passionate about helping young people develop a close and authentic relationship with Jesus. The spiritual development of students is at the heart of our ministry. We desire to share with those around us the passion that we have for Jesus. There is a freedom in Christ that is like no other thing in this world. That freedom and joy is what we desire to share with those around us. The discipleship of youth to become people who love the Lord, not just in word, but also in deed, is the conviction we have and cannot move away from. Our heart is to love on young people and guide them in their spiritual journey with Jesus. We seek to combine the needs of our youth with the will of God."
"Our greatest dream is to be where God is and to be doing the work He wants us to do. We look forward to one day taking youth on mission trips all over the world, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ to all we come in contact with. We love the outdoors, active sports, camping and hanging out. We enjoy being in small groups but we also love that good old “one on one time” as well. We love to travel and see God’s beauty. Most importantly, we are always looking for opportunities to share our faith. "

"Jeremy hopes to live out his childhood dream of playing professional baseball, but realizes intercessory prayer will be necessary so that Lisa will receive the MLB revelation from God! Lisa, however, would love her house to be emptied of all of Jeremy’s eBay ‘treasures’ so that she can entertain guests and family. She loves to garden and paint in her spare time (of which we have not found any lately)."
