Jeremy Williams, Pastor to Students
jwilliams@pathwayonline.com
Jeremy is from Fremont, CA. He graduated in 1999 from California Baptist University with a bachelors in Business. He also went on to get his Master’s of Business Admin from CBU. In 2005 he completed his Master’s of Arts in Theological Studies at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.
Jeremy and Lisa met at Cal Baptist University, fell in love and got married. In their own words, "We know that God has called us to minister to young people. The unique aspect of our ministry is that God has called us as to minister as a team to the young people we encounter on a daily basis."
"We are passionate about helping young people develop a close and authentic relationship with Jesus. The spiritual development of students is at the heart of our ministry. We desire to share with those around us the passion that we have for Jesus. There is a freedom in Christ that is like no other thing in this world. That freedom and joy is what we desire to share with those around us. The discipleship of youth to become people who love the Lord, not just in word, but also in deed, is the conviction we have and cannot move away from. Our heart is to love on young people and guide them in their spiritual journey with Jesus. We seek to combine the needs of our youth with the will of God."
"Our greatest dream is to be where God is and to be doing the work He wants us to do. We look forward to one day taking youth on mission trips all over the world, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ to all we come in contact with. We love the outdoors, active sports, camping and hanging out. We enjoy being in small groups but we also love that good old “one on one time” as well. We love to travel and see God’s beauty. Most importantly, we are always looking for opportunities to share our faith. "
Jeremy hopes to live out his childhood dream of playing professional baseball, but realizes intercessory prayer will be necessary so that Lisa will receive the MLB revelation from God! Lisa, however, would love her house to be emptied of all of Jeremy’s eBay ‘treasures’ so that she can entertain guests and family. She loves to garden and paint in her spare time (of which we have not found any lately).

Kim Blaylock, Preschool Director
baby.bc@verizon.net
I love to have fun with the kids... Singing, dancing, jumping and running around like a crazy person! (but I do not like toilet papering) That's the Children's Director and her co-parts.
I have been married for over 11 years and I have 2 girls, Brooke and Caitlin... I was born and raised in Redlands, and there is no other place I would like to live but here.... Well maybe Maui!!!!
I LOVE BEING THE PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR ... BECAUSE CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE... AND WE LOVE TO HAVE FUN TEACHING, LEARNING, SINGING ABOUT JESUS... ONE OF MY PRESCHOOLERS FAVORITE SONG HAS A VERSE THAT SAYS, "WHAT CAN TAKE YOUR LOVE AWAY? NOTHIN' NOTHIN' ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN'!!!!!" WHICH MEANS, HIS LOVE FOR US IS SO STRONG, ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN' CAN TAKE "HIS" LOVE AWAY FROM US... ... Being the Preschool Director here at Pathway gives me such pleasure. I truly feel that these children are a part of my family... My passion for the Pathway children is huge and I enjoy leading them through Christ. I am small in size, but mighty in my voice about Jesus.
So when you see a short woman who looks like one of the kids, that's me running to Kids Worship or running to the Preschool Bldg. or running to teach the Kids Choir or just running after my own children... Stop me and say HI!! |

Jackie Lee, Church Office Manager
jlee@pathwayonline.com
My first love is music. I started playing at age 3 and by age 5 was playing on the concert stage. I continued my love of music in Jr. Hi and HS by playing many different instruments. I marched in the Rose Parade 3 times with the Montebello HS Band and the Montebello Police Band. My favorite instrument was the bassoon. Several years ago I rented one, re-learned the fingering and was able to perform with the orchestra at the Fall Festival of Praise at the Univ. of Redlands. Currently, I direct the Bells of Praise handbell choir and continue to play the piano.
Tying with music for first loves is my painting. I’ve been oil painting seascapes, landscapes and barns (and whatever else I can find) for around 25 years. Come by the church office and look around. There isn’t a bare wall anywhere!
Prior to coming to Pathway, I worked in the medical field for 17 years – first as a Medical Assistant then as an Office Manager. I went to college at night and did on-the-job training at hospital ER’s at night and was able to take the State test (and passed)to become a Certified X-Ray Technologist. I worked for Orthopaedic Surgeons here in Redlands for ten years, then left my job to finish raising my boys.
I have two great sons Ryan and Evan, two amazing grandsons Sage and Liam and a wonderful daughter-in-law Andrea Schindler. I live here in Redlands with my attack cat, Missy.
Here at Pathway I am the first person you see when you come into the doors and the first person you talk to when you call the office. God provided this job for me 14 years ago and it’s just where I want to be! |

My all time favorite place to live would be on the coast of North Carolina because of the warm water, beautiful white beaches and great fishing. I enjoy watching football and baseball and favor the Redskins and Dodgers. Having a pet is always a must in our home, dogs only, presently we have a male Shih Tzu named Bruiser. Debbie Prutsman, Director of Drama
debprutsman@hotmail.com
Debbie got her degree from the University of California, Riverside. It's in Sociology with an emphasis in Biological sciences. So that she could best utilize the masses of knowledge she acquired, she got a job teaching vocal music at Beattie Middle School. Her musical theater career takes her performing from Los Angeles to San Diego and all points in between.
She has a really cool husband who also works in the theatre. He looks more like Kenny Rogers than Kenny does. (Have you seen Kenny lately?) They have the two greatest kids on earth; Kirklyn, a ballerina and up-coming Musical Theatre Star and Brody, all-around amazing musician, baseball player, and chic magnet. Their greatest joy is creating art in the name of Christ so that those in the community might be drawn to Him in new and fresh ways. |
