who we are
It's simple. It's short. It sums up how Jesus taught us to live. When we KNOW God's LOVE we can't help but to return it in praise. When we study God's Word and gather together in small groups, we GROW LOVE. As we grow we are compelled to SHOW LOVE to others by serving.
As you can see, this really isn't anything new. At Pathway we still want to help make fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. The process is now refined.

On January 22, God brought together 17 people of vision with the expressed purpose of forming a Bible-believing, Gospel-preaching, Southern Baptist Church.
When the church was only one month old, a giant step of faith led these middle-income families to purchase the former Grace Methodist Church (at the corner of Washington and Union).
Rapid growth soon necessitated stepping out in faith once again. In 1953 the congregation purchased 3 acres of property on the corner of Cypress Avenue and Redlands Boulevard.
By December 1954, Temple Baptist was using its new sanctuary; this building is now the Preschool Building.
Ten years later, growth again prompted the congregation to begin a building program, and ground was broken in June of 1965.
In April 1966, the present Worship Center was dedicated.
In 1997, we began purchasing property adjacent to our current location. We now own over 7.2 acres of the 10-acre block where we currently reside.
In August of 2003, the name was changed to Pathway Church.
Our new office and classrooms on the east side of campus were completed.
Pathway focused our mission in the simple statement, "Know Love, Grow Love, Show Love."
